Yes, on Lite, Pro and Scale. Visitors see only a password page until they enter it, and search engines cannot see the site. If you downgrade, the password stays on.
Folder and ZIP uploads can be up to 5 MB per site on Free, 15 MB on Lite, and 45 MB on Pro and Scale. The limit is per site, not per account.
